nita oxford Newbie (female) Join Date: May 2012 Location: Sulphur Springs, Texas, United States Posts: 1	Can someone help Can someone help me decipher this MRI. Here is what it says. There is a 9x7 mm extra-axial rounded lesion involving the right temporal fossa. There is dolichoectasia involving the vertebral basilar system. The basilar artery in origin of the P1 segments are high within the suprasellar cister. There are a few scattered deep white matter T2 hyperintensities. Thanks for you help.
