Asymptomatic Pituitary Adenoma May Be Causing Problems

I've had a pituitary adenoma for six years now. I get a head MRI done every year in September that gets looked over by a neurosurgeon. Last year I was in the clear. I have started to have odd symptoms that make me wonder if my tumor is actually causing problems. I have an appointment to see my GP this week but I wanted to know if anyone else had these symptoms with a pituitary tumor. I get dizziness (more vertigo than lightheadedness), brain fog, nausea, and vomitting. Honestly, it feels like being carsick all the time. It gets worse if I move, my head especially. I'm told that my eyes are beginning to wander periodically and my vision blurs too. I need to focus my eyes a lot. Does this sound like it could be caused by my brain tumor or could it be something else? Thanks for the help.
