I can't get answers from my doctors so I am looking for some help. I fell over labor day weekend and the fall cause 3 herniated discs in my back ranging from my neck to my lower back from 4mm to 13mm. I have seen two spin specialist, a chiropractor and my general doctor and now my general wants for me to see a neurologist, btw my labs all came back normal. Since the fall my herniated disc are causing severe inflammation to my neck and lower back. I am suffering from chronic pain and headaches. For the last 5 weeks I have started to have weird sensations of dizziness, forgetfulness and even at times feeling like I am going to fall over and as if my brain is going to shut off. My chiropractor feels it is all in the swelling of my neck and that the swelling is putting pressure on my nerves and brain steam. But when I ask my spin specialist and my General doctor they say it has nothing to do with my neck injury and they want to rush me off to the ER. I am so confused and scared. I know that I will end up at the neurologist this week but is there anyone that has any advise. I just feel like I am getting shuffled around.
