| Worried about symptoms.
3 months ago I woke up with vertigo it was there when I turned over, looked up, looked down, looked left and right and when I layed down and got up. During the day I felt off balance. The left side of my head felt odd as if something was pressing inside and my left eye feels odd and watery and as if I can't see right. Anyhow I went to my gp and she looked in my eyes and said I had vertigo and referred me to an ent specialist. In the meantime I went to my opticians and he done pressure test and took pics of behind my eye and peripheral field test and everything was fine. The vertigo seemed to ease over a few weeks and it didn't seem to be there for a week or so.
Then I was laying in bed and my head done a head sway and my balance went funny again and since then I am constantly a little off balance again. I keep feeling a weird pressure/ pressure feeling in my left side of head above my ear and sometimes around the back.
The ent couldn't find anything and he did some neuro tests that were fine and discharged me.
I feel ill, nausea, foggy head and just don't feel right.
I went back to my gp on Monday and told her I was fearing a brain tumour and she made me stand with my eyes shut and follow her finger and said that I had slight nystagmus in left eye and still a little vertigo. She thought I had some anxiety and depression and gave me tabs.
My partner says I have been to opticians, been checked by 3 gps so to stop being silly.
When I think rationally I think if it was a tumour would the vertigo not get worse instead of better?
