possible large arachnoid cyst and no insurance

hello,
due to a dizzy spell which they believe was an inner ear infection I was sent for a CAT scan last week and they discovered a large possible arachnoid cyst (either that or a softening of the brain) in the left parietal region. I have a follow up appointment with a neurologist on Monday but from what I've read on the internet the only 'cure' for this type of cyst is surgery and I do not have medical insurance. No way could I afford the surgery. Also I am still suffering, although not as badly, from the vertigo - it's really more a feeling of being off balance or slight vertigo and nausea if I turn my head. The initial incident of it happened when I was driving so now I am freaked out about driving but don't know if my off balance feeling is now caused by anxiety and stress or if I am still really suffering from vertigo. Any information you can give me will be much appreciated.
