I had a baby 2 months ago and am Breastfeeding her. I would like to lose the rest of my baby weight (15 lbs)...most of it my gut and my thighs, but I still want to make sure I eat enough to give the baby all the nutrients since Breastfeeding mothers are told to eat 500 extra calories a day. Does anyone know any foods high in nutrients but that won't keep adding the pounds? Thanks for any info!!
