Maybe he's hit a growth spurt? I know that when my son is really growing, he eats WAY more than usual. I can't really see your body shutting down it's milk supply at only 14 weeks--especially if you have been exclusively breastfeeding. Just make sure you pop him on whenever he seems hungry, and let him suck for as long he wants because it'll tell your body to make more milk to keep up with baby. Also, try to drink a lot of water--it really helps!
As far as the poop goes, I had this concern myself but as it turns out, a LOT of the breastmilk your baby drinks will be completely absorbed by his body, so he won't have much to poop out, and that's why he hasn't been going. That also makes me think that he's growing--when his body is using everything it's getting to help him grow. My doctor told me it's totally normal for a breastfed baby to not poop for a week! Formula fed babies are different, however. They'll poop much more frequently. But like I said, if your son is exclusively breastfed, you have nothing to worry about. It's very normal!
