It sounds like the fat content in your milk has decreased, leaving an imbalance of hindmilk and foremilk. When pumping, you should notice that your milk is first more watery but upon continuing to pump it should become whiter. You should see an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant to verify this, as your baby needs proper amounts of fat for proper brain development. Generally, this sort of thing happens when mommy starts dieting. A LC can help you with the hindmilk/foremilk situation.
