Well I paid for the doctor visit. Then I wrote mc Donalds a letter explaining what happened. The offered to pay the doctor bill and sent me a letter of apology and a bunch of free sandwich cards...She slipped on some water or something on the floor. The entire dining area was dirty, not a clean table in it, yet there werent any customers there either. When she fell, it was brought to the attention of an employee who did nothing to help. I believe McDonalds did the right thing in paying the 88 dollar doctor bill, and the apology was appreciated. The store is liable in this situation, if I had sued for a gazillion dollars that wouldve been wrong, but letting them pay her doctor bill is entirely appropriate.
