| hit toenail could it be infected
my sister was jumping in the shower and cought her toenail on the drain. The toenail became seperated somewhat. we soaked it in water beacause it was bleeding quite a bit. She hasn't been walking around much. (this happened on wednesday night) and she hasn't gone to school thursday or friday. my mom was looking at her toe just a few minutes ago and it looks like there is blood and clear fluid underneath her nail along with a buble. When should we start to be concerned that it has become infected. It can't hurt too much because she wanted to have a friend over and to go swimming.
