Small dent on forehead after fall onto windowsill

My son had an accident in Jul 07 whilst jumping on the bed and then falling onto the windowsill. He was fine but had the usual swelling, after this went away I noticed a mark where he obviously hit the windowsill, this is like a little indent underneath his skin, maybe soft tissue scar?? Been to GP a few times since and they say that I don't need to be concerned and he will grow out of it, but it is still there now 6 months later, any ideas on treatment or even complementary therapy?

Re: Small dent on forehead after fall onto windowsill

My 18 month daughter has a similar injury after bumping her head on a low level radiator. I have tried a number of remedies without much luck yet.

Have you found anything that has worked to reduce the dent?
