| shin swelling
i fell and hit my shin pretty bad about 9 days ago.
6 days after the accident i went to see a Dr. because the pain was just not going away. It hurt alot and could hardly walk. He did x-rays and nothing was found to be broken. Now i'm at day 9, the swelling is still there, pain is a bit better but still hurts. The swell is red and kind of stiff to the touch. I'm just wondering what is going on? Why is it taking so long to get better? Should i go get a second opinion? What could be the proble?
