How to heal a boiling water burn on my lip?

Hey guys, I don't know if you know anything about boiling water burns. But I was making pasta, and I was checking if they were done, the water came out of the noodle, and burnt my lip. I have to walk around school with a f burn on my lip. Is there anything I coud put on it, that isn't poisonous, (because it's on my lip) that I could put on to make it heal quicker, or anything?

Get capsuls of Vitamin-E and break it, and put the oil/vitamin-E on your lip! Bring the whole bottle in your purse or whatever and just reapply it every 1/2 hour or hour. This stuff works great!!!!
