It depends. When did you get it? how did you get it? How long has it been cut? any infection started yet? If it is a recent superficial clean cut then sit in a clean tub of warm water a couple times a day and clean off with just soap and water. If there is drainage then you might need to be seen to get some antibiotics and some idea of how to deal with it.
