Does it feel like something is in there? Or is it just turned into a hardened skin bump?
If it were me (of course I don't know what it looks like nor am I advising to do this, just that if it were me), I would put some sort of antiseptic germ killing stuff on it then pick it a little and try to see if I could get anything out. Could it be a pimple or something?
