If your burn is bigger then the palm of your hand , you need to go to your DR. The blistering of a burn is normal. It protects your skin from getting infected , and this is a second degree burn . Do not pop the blister. It will pop on its own. After that , you need to be extremely careful of infection. The burn needs to be covered by using a gauze pad and wrapped. Special burn medicine would help it to heal faster. You would need to go to the DR. for that med. it is sulvidine cream.
