Unhappy Heating Pad Burn

Hello, I seek info on a burn I got 4 nights ago by falling asleep on a heating pad. It is on my lower left part of my back. I started treating it with aleo vera juice rigth from the plant. It seem to be doing ok for two days then after cleaning it with hydrogen proxcide it turn white. There is no puffiness or ozzing from the area but the wife is pushing for me to go to the doctor. No health insurence kinda makes it hard to spend that food money. Could the burn be ok and the hydrogen proxcide just change the top layer white? It doesn't hurt unless bothered like anyother wound?
Any info would be greatful.
