I also had a cut on my anus. Tell your primary doctor that you want proctofoam. It is a foam that you insert into your anus.Its sounds awful I know but its okay. It doesn't hurt. You also need to take a stool softener because everytime you have a bowel movement it will tear the cut open more. The proctofoam will also help with any burning or itching. Soaking in a salt bath will also help. Spread your cheeks a little when you go to sit down so it can get to the cut. The salt will help heal it also. Hope this helps, it worked for me.
