Hi, I got a second degree burn about three inches along the span of my wrist, and it has been constantly wet, and oozing this chunky brown stuff. When it is on the gauze I have applied, it hardens and I am not sure what is wrong.

It actually sounds like bloody tissue. Not quiet to the point of gang green but near. See a doctor ASAP (as soon as possible) [I am not a doctor, I could be wrong]

It is not uncommon for a burn like yours to be wet and oozing. It is usually clear fluid though. Yours ,might have an infection Especially if the burn got some dirt or debrie in it. Go to your doctor , and they will clean your burn up, apply special burn cream , then telpha pads, then wrap the burn in gauze. The Dr. cam prescibe you the burn cream , but the rest of the fist aid materials , you will ned to buy over the counter , it is extremely important to keep the burn clean , to advoid infection. If the burn is on a bone that might explain why it hardens, or their might be a secondary infection, or even a small rock embedded in the skin. You have to go to the DR as soon as you can.
