| middle right hand burn on the knuckle wont heal and in constant pain and feeling seve
I burnt my finger on my right hand middle finger on the middle knuckle 11 days ago. Was at minor injuries in casualty on Saturday it was dressed and I was told to keep it dry and straight with the dressing still on and told dressing should be changed every 2 days.I am feeling sever pain on the woun d within the last few hours and all my fingers on both hands are red and burning as well as all my toes. I am feeling unwell and nauseated and wonder what is causing this. Has my burn gone septic? Its is not healing at all and seems to be getting worse with redness getting worse around the wound and even a scratch on my arm is red and sore. Have I got to seek medical attention? I am afraid I have blood poisoning, could this be true?
