Rib Cartilage (Costal Cartilage) Injury

Hey. Since my problem is getting worse and worse, im really about to get a mental breakdown. Im on a school far away from home right now, and i really like it, but my problem with my chest is so bad atm, that i really can't think positive.

The problem is, that my Costal Cartilage is so weak, that even training the breast muscles, can compress my ribcage, by pushing in the Costal cartilage more and more. And what can be done ? I can't live like this, with a ribcage that is so compressed.

Is it possible to do a operation like you do on people with Pectus E ? Put in some metal bars that straightens out the rib cage into it's normal shape.

Usefull things:

Im tall and thin
I can't gain weight (No matter how much and often i eat)
As little i was hypermobile
I got lordosis
