What are the syptoms of bladder cancer? - Cancer: Bladder Message Board

I would appreciate any members here that have been diagnosed with bladder cancer to email me as well as post back on this board. I need assistance in order to confirm bladder cancer or know that is not the problem I'm having. I have had bladder incontience for about 5 yrs. but this month there is pain and nausea and fluiding of urine instead of small amounts of urine.
It is not something pleasant to have to post about but it is not pleasant the fact a person might have cancer too.

The basic symptoms of bladder cancer are no different than the symptoms of a bladder infection as long as the bladder cancer is in early stage. After a point, there may be blood in the urine, pain lymph nodes in the general area may swell chiefly in the groin. If you are male, you may have no clues other than primary symptoms of bladder infection, low grade fever etc.
If you are female, you may have symptoms of bladder infection with painful urination, low grade fever, blood in urine you can actually see that does not come from a monthly period, nausea, vomiting pain in areas in the lower back, uterine areas etc, may feel like ovary symptoms pinching, flu symptoms etc. The only way to know it is a cancerous condition is for a bladder biopsy.
