mrse in bladder

I had MRSE in my bladder last year and had IV therapy in which it took care of the problem. Now I'm starting to feel the same symtoms and am wondering if it would be possible I have this again even though I've had no surgery/hospital visits anything ever and if so how could I be getting this. Symptoms I'm having is urgency some burning off and on urine has a distinct almsost sulfur smell. I don't believe it's the standard uti b/c I've had over 50+ in my life so I can pretty much pinpoint that exactly.

Just got back from doc, I do have a UTI but she is still culturing it b/c the symptoms are so much like the last time.
