ureteral reimplantation surgery/bladder spasms

My 4 year old daughter is having ureteral reimplantation surgery Wednesday. They will be reimplanting both ureters to correct her urinary reflux, which is grade 4 at this time. If anyone has any experience, I'd love to hear it, as I am worried sick.

Also, they tell me that she will have a lot of bladder spasms afterward. If anyone can tell me about these, I'd appreciate it. I am trying my best to understand what she will be going through.
