I hate that I have to even talk about it but I need to know if I am the only one with the problem. I urinate a lot when I have an orgasm during oral and regular sex. I cant control it and it is embarassing for me. I am afraid to even get into a relationship because of it. My ex husband didnt mind but He isnt here no more. I am alone and hate it. Please can someone tell me why it happens to me and can I stop it from happening? Am I alone with this problem? Sincerely frustrated!!

are you sure it's urine? Some women "ejaculate" a clear fluid when they orgasm, but it isn't urine. This is pretty normal and some guys really like it.

If it definitely is urine (color, smell, etc.) then you should probably start with your regular doctor and he'll prob. send you to a specialist, perhaps you have a "collapsed" bladder or something. Do you have trouble with urine leaking when you do other things (cough, sneeze, laugh)?

Hi Redsox Girl, thanks for your reply. I did go to the doctor, two actually.
One said it was female joy squirting out and to be proud I can experience it.
The other said it was urine. Maybe it's both! My bladder leaks when I have to hold it too long. I urinate every 10 minutes so I think I do have urinary problems. I need a specialist, or to find a man who likes that sort of stuff.

You may want to see a urologist. I know my mom was having to use the restroom VERY often. She had a friend who was complaining about having to pee in the middle of every night and my mom was shocked the friend was concerned because she has to go SO many times at night. They may be able to help you figure out why! During sex, maybe your bladder is having a lot of pressure on it. I agree that the only real way to tell if it's uring is to see if it has the same scent and everything. I'd definitely see a urologist about this though.

You are right , I do need to see a urologist. I wake up and use the restroom at least 3-4 times at night. I never had this problem until I started gaining a lot of weight. Most of the weight is in my tummy.
