Gas in bladder

I had a contrast w/dye cat scan because the dr suspected kidney stones. Kidney was fine but I have gas in the bladder. I read a fistula could be the cause or colonic diverticulitius to name a few. Has anyone experienced this and what was the outcome? I have been complaining for quite awhile that I bloat and have a pain in my upper right side. I have a history of bacteria in dip stick testing but cultures are clean. Sometimes I feel I am going to implode in one big fart. I see my regular dr Wednesday. I dont think he knows too much about it so I hope he sends me to an urologist. His only question was to ask if I had a cath within the last few days.
