| Re: Constant feeling of a full bladder
I'd recommend seeing a urologist or at the very least a gynecologist. First, they'll test a urine sample to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection. Then, if you don't, a urologist would probably have you keep a journal for a few days to see what your urinary output is like, they'll test a urine sample again to make sure no UTI's then they may do an ultrasound--all to rule out bladder problems. If you don't have a bladder problem and also don't have any signs of an infection, then they might diagnose it as interstitial cystitis. Interstitial cystitis often has same symptoms as a UTI--abdominal pressure, urgency--feeling like you have to go to the bathroom all the time. There are various meds that can be prescribed for this. Only problem is that everyone is different and so what works for one patient may not work for you and it's a bit of trial and error in order to find what helps you individually.
Hope this helps.
