charpo Senior Member (female) Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Pennsylvania Posts: 157	Are all tumors cancer When my doctor found my tumor in my bladder (which was removed) he told me at that time that all tumors are cancer. Did anyone else ever hear that? I haven't gotten the results from mine. My check up isn't until 5/28. It was removed on 4/23.
