must train to urinate, can't empty bladder, hypospadias
 

Every time I urinate, it hurts. I must strain to do it, to the point that I sit down every time so I don't end up with messy pants from all the straining. Even then, I can never empty my bladder and I get tired of going every couple of hours.

I saw a urologist about it when I was in Poland, he did a rectal exam and when he poked my prostate, it felt like a burning sensation. He said it was prostatitis. The ultrasound showed a full bladder when we began, then a half-empty one after a try at the toilet.

It seems to be more painful right after sex. The pain in general has been going on for a few years, but has been more pronounced for the last 2 years or so.

I've been married for 3.5 years, and that's when I started having sex. I'm 26. I have two children, so it obviously hasn't eliminated my sperm count. I was born with hypospadias that was repaired when I was a baby. A urologist looked at it when I was about 16 and said the repair was very well done.

Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?

Just be careful about forcing yourself to urinate because you might rupture yourself. I believe that's possible; ask your doctor.
