My DH was seen in the ER last week for horrific pain and found out he had a 2 mm kidney stone (had a CT scan). He still has not passed it yet and when the Urologist office called today to set up the appt for my DH to be seen, they mentioned he had bladder wall thickening as well and asked if he had any problems with urinating, etc and I said no. The nurse mentioned that they may need to do a cystoscopy on him, but they would know for sure after the appt which is not until the middle of September. What does bladder wall thickening mean and should we be concerned?
