My Identical twin brother's cancer spread to bladder

My identical twin brother has been undergoing chemo treatments for a year in hopes of shrinking a tumor in his abdomen. Recently his tumor has stopped responding to the chemo and the cancer has spread to his bladder. His doctors have told him that they will need to remove the tumor as well as his bladder, which would mean he would have to urinate in a bag for the rest of his life. This was very upsetting for him because we are only 30 years old.

My question is, can his surgeons transplant half of my healthy bladder to my brother? Is this even possible?

I just feel helpless knowing that we have identical DNA and I can't do anything to help him.

No. There is no such thing as a bladder transplant. I have a bladder disease, and have wondered why I can't get a bladder transplant. With all the new medical technology they do,but they can't transplant a bladder. Hoping your brother feels better.
