I am a male, I am 27 years old. For about a year, I have had Dysuria with no blood. I get pain when I urinate, but the pain stops immediately after I urinate. I do get weird aches and pains in different place (Flank, Sides, Stomach) but its only sometimes and its very light. Most of the time, I feel fine without any symptoms... it just burns/stings when I urinate and I do not know why. The doctors have thrown every Anti-Biotic at me to no avail, I have not injured myself down there to my knowledge. I am bit worried about the issue, otherwise I am healthy (fat) but I feel fine. All tests show clear, The doctor said my prostate is not enlarged or anything, I am at a loss... any idea's?
Re: Chronic Dysuria
Have you been to a urologist? Some people need to have the urethra dilated to stretch it, as tightness can cause painful urination. Sometimes it is, indeed, some sort of chronic infection. Whatever, if you haven't yet seen a urologist, please do so as a urologist would be very knowledgable about this type of problem.
