Just pray for her daily and ask the Lord not to let her suffer much longer
My mom died in '98 and I'm remembering her everyday. She was such a gentle soul.

Re: My Mom is in the last stages of bone cancer....

I know exactly how you are feeling. My mom also had the bone cancer that metastasized from her lung cancer. While I watched my mom slowly die over the past year and a half, I also had lost the desire to live as well. I was so incredibly sad and didn't know that my heart could hurt so badly. Mom passed away on July 18 and is no longer in excruciating pain and suffering. I am confident that she is rejoicing in Heaven with God and the angels. I am now starting the have the desire to live again. I don't think anyone knows this kind of pain until they have experienced it.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Re: My Mom is in the last stages of bone cancer....

Cancer of any kind is a killer. I lost my mum on July 26th this year. She was 90 and had cancer for 28 years. It started with breast cancer and slowly took over the rest of her body, in the end the only place she didn't have it was in her head and stomach. She had bone cancer for 14 years.....the doctors told us that bone cancer doesn't hurt. In the end she died peacefully, without pain and she kept her sense of humour right to the end. I adored her. But I will miss her and want to be with her forever. I know she is in Heaven.
My heart is with you at this difficult time.

BS bone cancer is very painful; my husband is in stage 4; all you can do is keep them as pain free as possible and use hospice care if necessary.
