whole body bone scan

I had the test where they inject you with a radioactive solution and do the scan hours later. Anyone have that? Is it 100% accurate? Does it show any soft tissue cancerous masses as well? Don't see endo again for couple mos. Got a ph call w/message that said no cancer.
