Could I have cancer??

For the past few days I've felt a terrible pain in my stomach follwed by headaches, fatigue, weird noises coming from my stomach, constipation, and an unidentified lump type thing in my stomach. I constantly feel the need to go to the restroom but every time I try I can't. I've been told that these are signs of colon cancer but I'm only a 16 year old girl and I know that colon cancer mostly attacks 50 year olds and up. Please help!!!
