Is it possible to not have anemia but have Stage IV bowel cancer?

Winter18 Newbie (male) Join Date: May 2017 Location: Natick Posts: 1	Is it possible to not have anemia but have Stage IV bowel cancer? Hello, I am 26 years old. I basically started to have symptoms of bowel cancer. Bloody stools and persistent diarrhea for a little over 2 weeks. I have a colonoscopy scheduled next Wednesday. My GI is kinda of a jerk, i wanted a CT scan but would not grant me one because I am not anemic. I understand that you don't necessarily need to have anemia to have bowel cancer, but is it possible to be at Stave IV with no anemia?
