| Hi all, New here have question about glioma
Hi everyone,
Ive never posted on this board but I have some questions that I was hoping you folks could help me with. In Dec of 2005 doctors found a brain tumor in my wife. It is the size of the top part of my thumb and it is sitting right were the optic nerves cross. She has debilitating head pain with vision getting worse every day. They called it an Optic Nerve glioma and she see's a neorologist along with a neuro-oncoligist. The oncoligist told us that the tumor should not be causing her any pain at all and we have been to so many specialist about this I am just wore out. Has anyone either had to go through something like this or know of someone who has? The only thing that remotely helps are pain meds she gets from a pain mgmt. doctor. Thanks in advance for your help.
