Did you every get an MRI or CAT SCAN of the head?
If it is cancer, then the DR's can tell that way.
To me, it sounds like you may have LYME DISEASE.
There are many symptoms of Lyme and everyone is a little different when it comes to symptoms.
You need to do a search for a Lyme support group in your area and get in contact with them. Ask for a LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor), someone who knows about Lyme and how to treat it.
They have tests for the disease, but there are MANY false negatives. There are many people who have Lyme and the tests come out negative. The issue is that there are so many strains and antibodies for the various strains, and hence it is difficult to test for all variations. It is very likely if you get Lyme that you may just also have one of the many co-infections (Babesiosis, Erlichiosis, Bartonella, Mycoplasma, and viral (HHV6, EBV…).
Get a movie called “Under Our Skin” and you will start your education. Also read a book called “Cure Unknown” by Pamela Weintraub. Read plenty more and you will realize how much of a problem Lyme is and the epidemic it is currently causing.
