I am new to this site. i am hoping to find some help here. I have a tumor like structure in the back of my head. i can feel it. i am scared coz i think its a brain tumor. its kind of hard to touch. please help me.
Brain tumors are under the skull bones and you can't feel them. If are feeling something hard, then you have a problem with your scalp...some kind of mass...but it is not brain cancer.
Relax and see a doctor when you can about what is on the back of your head.

Hey don't think like that... Many people have had sebaceous cysts/epidermal inclusion cysts on their scalp. Sent to pathology and that was what it was they were benign. It may or may not be this but sometimes they are of big sometimes tiny and some people have one and some have a few tough to touch. Hope this helps. The best thing to do is see a doctor.
Have you gone to get it checked out? Even at a health clinic, have someone check it for your own peace of mind. It is on the back of your head, after all.
