I don't think you're going to have a problem having a baby with HPV. As long as you don't have actual warts, you can have a vaginal delivery and all! The disease doesn't get passed on to the child (from what I've read) during delivery or in utero. NOW, if you have actual warts and they're present during the delivery, there is a chance that you can pass them on to the baby. Don't fret right now - wait and see what your dr says. As far as condoms go, that's up to the two of you to decide.
