discolored secretions - Cancer: Breast Message Board

Havent' had any response about the breast secretions, now the color is turning my bra a yellowish color...should I worry or just shuck it off?

Anything unusual that is still continuing or is getting worse and that worries you is always worth consulting a doctor about. If this discharge is staining your clothes, I'd definitely get it checked out.

Absolutely have it checked, if for no other reason than to put your mind at ease. My discharge ended up being a non-invasive type of breast cancer (DCIS), but I still had to have a mastectomy because of the dispersal of the tumor. They were unable to remove it all with two lumpectomies. Have a sample taken of the discharge, and they will check to see if there are any atypical cells present. Please keep in mind that even if they are present, it may not be cancer.
