HELP I'm 16 and i just found a lump in my breast!!!!!! - Cancer: Breast Message Board

I'm totally flippin out . Could this be breast cancer ?. I heard wearing a bra all the time can casue it and i were very supported bras and when i was taking a shower i noticed a lump in my breast. Not under my armpit but in my breast. I'm so scared could this happen to me at 16 . I don't feel comfortable without wearing a bra and my breast are kinda big so i were supported bras so they won't be big AND saggy .I'm really looking for some suggestions and would like some advice

Have you seen a doctor? I would see a doctor so that you know for sure to avoid getting yourself sick from worrying. As far as I know, the whole bra/breast cancer thing is just an old wives tale. I'm 25 and I have been wearing a bra (some times overnite) since I was 10 and my breasts are fine. Check with your doctor though, it could be nothing. GOOD LUCK !!
