I am interested in anyone who has been or knows someone who has been given faslodex for the treatment of breast cancer that has matastisized to another location (liver specifically). What kind of reactions to the drug did you experience? It has made my mother (82) who was previously active into a person who needs a walker to feel secure getting around in her house. What other treatments were suggested? Any information would be helpful. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000 and was given breifly tamoxifin but changed to arimidex due to vaginal bleeding (ended up getting a hysterectomy) She also has had a double mastectomy.
