In general, no news is good news, but do not take any chances. Call them in a day or two and ask if your results are back. I have had bitter experience with two different drs' offices who never called me for abnormal Pap & mammogram results (aarrgghhhh), and I found out BY ACCIDENT when I switched drs and had a consult for a different thing...
