Yes, the laser is reported as more accurate than other ablation methods. You must have had biopsies during the colpo, this is how they arrive at a diagnosis of CIN. The Pap can only point in the general direction of LSIL/HSIL, but the biopsies diagnose the presence and grade of CIN.
