I have my LEEP on 4/15, and I'd really like to avoid a recurrence. I quit smoking a while ago and am pretty healthy otherwise. But if there's something I could actively do, that would be great.

Folic acid is at the top of the list, usually with beta carotene.
In general, antioxidants/free-radical scavengers and immune boosters are thought to be of most help. Here are some examples:
Selenium w/ Vitamin E
Quercetin
Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C, found in cruciferous vegetables)
Lycopene (found in tomatoes)
L-Lysine
Copper, Magnesium, Zinc
Various herbal immune-boosters (echinacea, mushroom cocktails, green tea extracts w/ EGCG, ginger, etc.)
