Sound

For the past three week's my under arms have been extremely sore, and the pain is actually very distracting. I then had a sore spot on my left "breast". I rubbed the area, and noticed that there was a little hard "pea" shaped lump. On the surface, there is a little red area. I did a full examination on myself, and found another lump on the left side closer to the bottom of the "breast". No surface marks. I have a new mole on the right under arm, and the other I've had on the back of my neck since childhood is very sore. Niether of them is malformed or strange color, just sore. Headed to doctor in about a week, just trying to get some info about possibilities.
