Hi All Hope Everyon Is Doing Ok...went To See The Surgeon Today And Well..i Guess Im Ok..i Had One Place Where There Was Cancer On The Inside Of My Breast But When They Did The Mri They Found Another Spot On The Outside Of The Breast So I Have To Have An Mri Biopsy...so That Would Mean A Mas. But I Talked To Her About The Test To See If I Have The Gene That Perdisposses Me To Cancer..the Only Problem With That Is It Take 5 Weeks To Get The Results..but Im Gonna Go For It ..i Have Five Aunts And One Sister Who Have Had Breast Cancer And My Mother Had Unterine Cancer So My Chances Are Pretty Good That I Have The Gene..if I Do Then I Will Have A Double Mas. And My Ovaries Removed.. Tough Decision To Make But Im Ok With It..i Will Just Take It One Day At A Time And What Happens Is In Gods Hands.. Love And Health To All Phyl45

Hi phyl, just want to let you know that I have said a prayer for you..I had a mast 4yrs ago after having found bc with my routine *****. I had a total hysterectomy and ovaries removed a year and a half ago..trying to decrease my risk of having any recurrances..I too will be testing for the gene after summer vacation..I have a 20 yr old daughter who I worry so much about..my mom is 72 she was tested and was negative..I hope the same for me and you!!

Thinking of you. Sounds like a great idea to get the test. Wish you didnt have to wait so long. But at least you are on your way to an answer and treatment. Hopefully that feels good..
