Hi. I just wanted to post somewhere where it would be understood. My sister in law has Invasive Ductal Carcinoma and it has spread rapidly throughout her whole body, it went to her blood, then her eye, then her bones, then her brain, then her other eye, and now her other breast. Last week they gave her a total of 14 Weeks to live. It is so hard on us all. Especially my brother. He and his wife were only married one year when they found out she had breast cancer. Now it will take away the only woman he has ever truly loved. He spent 17 years in the service and met her after retirement, she was his first wife. It is just so sad. She is in complete and utter denial and has refused hospice services. I am just worried about my brother. Through all this he plans on adopting her daughter from a previous marriage. I guess that is commendable of him, but I just am worried he may be making a mistake. Thanks for letting me vent.
