You have posted many questions, which leads me to believe that in a way you are worried. Just go to the surgeon and see what he/she says. If they want to biopsy, let them biospy. By not doing anything, you will always have questions. The surgeon may also want to perform a ductal levage, this procedure washes the duct and they can sample some of the cells to see if cancer is present. You can also request having an MRI done, just make sure that the facility that is doing the MRI is qualified to to this type of MRI.
